2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups peeled and sliced apples
1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
Arrange the sliced apples on top of the cheesecake mixture.
Drizzle with caramel sauce.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is set.
Let cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
Serve with extra caramel sauce on the side for drizzling.
Chill leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
