  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns brown.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Add the brown butter to the mixture and stir well.
  5. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  6. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the chopped apples.
  7. Spread the batter into a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
