  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups mixed berries for smoothie
  • 1 cup yogurt for smoothie

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add broccoli, cheese, and turkey bacon to the egg mixture and stir.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  6. For the smoothie, blend mixed berries and yogurt until smooth.
  7. Serve the broccoli egg dish warm alongside the smoothie.
