- 4 large eggs
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 4 ounces chicken ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 small flour tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, scramble the eggs in olive oil.
- Add the chicken ham to the eggs and mix until heated through.
- Warm the tortillas in another skillet.
