  • 4 taco-sized flour tortillas
  • 6 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. In the same skillet, add chicken ham and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into the skillet and scramble until cooked.
  4. Warm the tortillas in another pan or microwave until pliable.
  5. Assemble tacos by dividing the scrambled eggs, chicken ham, turkey bacon, and cheese among tortillas.
  6. Top with sliced avocado before serving.
