  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add the diced chicken ham and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. In a greased baking dish, layer the cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, and shredded cheese.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the layers.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
