Blueberry Lemon Pull-Apart Bread

A delightful combination of blueberries and lemon in a pull-apart bread.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, and eggs.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in blueberries, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra lemony flavor, drizzle lemon glaze on top after it cools.
