Ingredients

  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 6 ounces turkey bacon
  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, mix together eggs, heavy cream, and Parmesan. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Drain pasta and add to skillet with garlic; mix well.
  6. Remove skillet from heat and quickly add egg mixture, stirring to combine.
  7. Fold in chicken and turkey bacon. Serve garnished with parsley.

Notes

  • You can substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if desired.
