Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground turkey and chopped turkey bacon to the skillet, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in frozen peas and carrots, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
