- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
