- 1 box ziti pasta
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup roasted zucchini, chopped
- 1 cup roasted bell peppers, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt to taste

- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large bowl, combine marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, roasted vegetables, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce mixture and half of the mozzarella cheese.
