- 4 large russet potatoes
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and poke holes in the potatoes. Bake for 45-60 minutes, until tender.
