Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pineapple chunks, soy sauce, honey, garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the pineapple mixture over them.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
