Baked Goat Cheese Bruschetta Dip

This baked goat cheese bruschetta dip is a delicious and indulgent appetizer that’s perfect for any gathering!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces goat cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, spread the marinara sauce evenly on the bottom.
  3. Place the goat cheese on top of the marinara.
  4. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and garlic powder over the goat cheese.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
  6. While the dip is baking, brush the baguette slices with olive oil and toast them until golden.
  7. Once baked, remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
  8. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices.
