Deliciously cheesy and crispy on the outside, these air fryer mashed potato balls infused with turkey bacon are the perfect indulgent dish.

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cheese, turkey bacon, green onions, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into balls and dip each ball into the egg, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the potato balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through.
